Glasgow Life community centre. Hosts a variety of events and activities, including an infant feeding support group on a Monday afternoon. There are several steps to the front entrance. Step-free access is available to the side of the building, but this is not clearly signposted; the reception is staffed and should be able to assist if needed. The Glasgow Life website states that all their venues are Breastfeeding Friendly.

Cafe and arts venue in the heart of Shawlands. Serves a fully vegan menu, from coffee and cake to hot meals. There is step free access to all parts of the venue. High chairs are available, and there is space to store a couple of prams. The access page on their website states breastfeeding is welcome. Hosts occasional baby music classes, as well as a busy program of more adult-focused events. Over 18s only after 8pm.

Free-to-enter museum examining the life and legacy of Scottish explorer David Livingstone. The museum is set in extensive grounds, with walks and a children's play park. There is also a cafe with high chairs and a children's menu, and a small gift shop. Note this review only covers the facilities in the cafe/gift shop - there are additional facilities within the museum itself.

Ikea store with a number of family friendly features, including a free creche for 3-10 year olds. The restaurant offers free baby food pouches, a microwave and bottle warmers for those who wish to heat their own food, and the use of high chairs and baby cutlery . There is also a nursing area and children's play area within the restaurant.

Cosy, relaxed cafe serving light meals and home baking. Staff are very welcoming to children, and can supply booster seats and board books to keep babies entertained. The cafe is housed in quite an old building, so space is limited; staff have always done their best to accommodate prams when we have visited, but be aware you may need to fold and store them at busy times. There is a step down from the entrance to the main cafe area, but this should be easily negotiated by most prams. The cafe displays Breastfeeding Friendly Scotland credentials.

Shopping centre with a large selection of shops, restaurants and leisure offerings. It also has some of the best baby rooms we've seen!

Home and furnishing store with a strong family-friendly emphasis. The store offers 60 minutes of free childcare for 3-10 year olds in their creche. Our current review is limited to the restaurant area, but additional baby changing facilities are available and we plan to add information on these on a return trip. The restaurant has a curtained-off nursing area. There is also a small children's play area, baby food-warming facilities, and high chair and children's cutlery available for use.
